Those of us who believe that the Yellow Fringed Flag is the ‘Law of Admiralty’ Flag will know all about this. For the rest of us, this will be a shocking new disclosure. President, Dwight David Eisenhower signed Executive Order No.10834 on August 21, 1959 and had printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to the law, stated that: “A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe border on three sides.”
The American people were allowed to believe that it was just a decoration but its not. When you see a flag that resembles a regular US flag with YELLOW FRINGE border on the edges, it means that you are in a special place. A place that should not have any jurisdiction over you if you are a normal citizen. The President of the United States designates this difference from the regular flag, by executive order such as Ike did, and in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the military he makes it so. The placing of a fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag and the arrangement of the stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of the President as Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy.
So, when you enter a courtroom displaying a gold or yellow fringed flag, be aware that you have just entered into a foreign country, and you better have your passport with you. The judge sitting under a gold or yellow fringe flag becomes the “captain” or “master” of that ship or enclave and he has absolute power to make the rules as he goes. The gold or yellow fringe flag is your WARNING that you are leaving your Constitutionally protected rights on the floor outside the door of that courtroom.
This is why so many judges are appointed, and not elected by the people. Federal judges are appointed by the President, the national military commander in chief. State judges are appointed by the Governors, the state military commanders (head of the State National Guard). THE YELLOW FRINGED ADMIRALTY FLAG
Most people do not think the fringed flag is much of an issue. To the contrary, I believe it is a huge issue, but we, the GDP (Generally Dumb Public), do not understand the yellow fringe meaning. I can only hope that people will start thinking and realize, as I have, that we are being deceived in many ways.
The Yellow Fringed Admiralty Flag originally served a very good purpose. It was used on ships on the High Seas and the laws administered were Maritime Laws.
I want to keep this simple, but the hypocrisy of this issue is unbelievable, I, as a peace officer of Arizona, took an oath to uphold both the U.S. Constitution and the Arizona Constitution. All of our elected officials, judges, law enforcement people, and others take this same oath. Many of these same people take their oath in front of a yellow fringed flag. We see this flag in our City Councils, our Courts, our Schools, our Civic Organizations, and our Churches. We say allegiance to the yellow fringed Flag and say the words “AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT (flag) STANDS”. This Flag with the yellow fringe does not stand for this REPUBLIC (Union of Sovereign States). This is subtle DECEIT and I can not say allegiance to this flag now that I know what it means. I cannot go to a Camp Verde City Council meeting and say allegiance to an UNCONSTITUTIONAL symbol.
Let’s keep this simple. Here is what the addition of yellow fringe on the Amercian Flag means.
FLAG WITH YELLOW FRINGE = MILITARY (Army regs.) = FED ERAL GOVERNMENT
FLAG WITHOUT YELLOW FRINGE = UNION OF SOVEREIGN STATES = WE THE PEOPLE
POWER CURVE UNDER THE CONSTITUTION (Flag no yellow fringe) AND SPECIFICALLY
#1 – WE THE PEOPLE
#2 – THE INDIVIDUAL STATES
#3 – FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
Reverse #1 and #3 when the yellow fringe is added to the American Flag.
The Yellow Fringed American Flag is NOT the CONSTITUTIONAL FLAG of this REPUBLIC. Anyone who says allegiance to it is a violation of their oath of office and the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.
The Camp Verde City Council has been given the proper documentation and a letter requesting the Flag issue be an agenda item.

The courts have deemed without merit and frivolous, lawsuits that contend that the gold fringe adorning the flag conferred Admiralty/Maritime jurisdiction.
So After Reading These 3 Sources You Can Make Up Your Own Mind On What You Think The Fringes Actually Mean Or Do Some More Research!
With my final thoughts about the flags fringe. I did notice when Obama was in office his flag in the oval office had fringes. But Trump’s flag had smooth yellow material and not fringes. Don’t know the significates of that or the meaning, but something to ponder apon. Here’s two images of both.
